What exactly is health and wellness coaching?
Coaching is a partnership, where I help you to identify what is important to you so that you can create health and well-being for yourself. I help you to set SMART (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, and Time-Bound) goals in the following areas and more:
Healthy Eating
Incorporating healthy, balanced snacks and meals that nourish you & leave you feeling energized.
Physical Activity
Setting daily and weekly activity goals to make sure you feel fit and able for years to come.
Stress Management
Prioritizing stress management techniques, such as meditation, prayer, yoga, or tai chi.
Healthy Relationships
Creating healthy ways to communicate and to care for yourself and others within relationships.
Finding Purpose
Discovering your passion, for work, hobbies, people, and other pursuits.
Financial Well-Being
Making sound financial decisions that align with your savings goals and lifestyle desires.
How long does coaching last?
Coaching lasts for as long as you find it helpful in accomplishing your goals. There is no minimum for the number of coaching sessions, but, typically, people find the most benefit from committing to a series of four to twelve sessions. This allows for setting realistic and achievable goals.
How do I get started?
