What exactly is health and wellness coaching?

Coaching is a partnership, where I help you to identify what is important to you so that you can create health and well-being for yourself.  I help you to set SMART (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, and Time-Bound) goals in the following areas and more:

How long does coaching last?

Coaching lasts for as long as you find it helpful in accomplishing your goals.  There is no minimum for the number of coaching sessions, but, typically, people find the most benefit from committing to a series of four to twelve sessions.  This allows for setting realistic and achievable goals.

 

How do I get started?

Click the Get Started button below to set up an initial complementary consultation (typically 15-20 minutes) so we can discuss your health and wellness goals.  I am currently offering a series of complimentary practice coaching sessions (3-6 sessions), as part of my preparation for the NBHWC Exam (limited-time offer).
